Who we are

What we collect
We only collect what you give us. If you submit one of our forms — a private event request, a show enquiry, or a location rental request — we receive the name, email address, phone number, event details and any message you choose to include.
We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, plan and confirm your event, and keep a record of the booking. That is all. We will not add you to a marketing list off the back of an event enquiry without asking you first.
Third parties
Some things happen off this website, and those services have their own privacy policies:
- Tock — table reservations
- Eventbrite — Lit & Fit yoga tickets
- Instagram — if you contact us by DM
- Vercel — hosting, which keeps standard server logs
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Embedded third-party services may set their own when you use them.
How long we keep it
Event and booking correspondence is kept while it is useful for running the business, then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email reservation@flamingococktailclub.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Age
This site is intended for people of legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
